Eric’s experience includes more than 22 years in the clinical trials industry from serving in leading roles at four clinical outsourcing services start-up companies. He has guided LabConnect to eight consecutive years as one of the nation’s fastest growing privately held companies (Inc. Magazine), as well as seven consecutive years as one of the top 100 fastest growing companies in Washington State. Eric is also an associate adjunct professor at the University of Washington's master’s degree program in clinical trials, where he has taught since 2002. Prior to LabConnect, he was Vice President of Corporate Development for Radiant's Research, a company that provides Phase I-IV study conduct and drug development services to the biopharmaceutical industry. At Radiant, he continuously served on the company's three-person executive team and was responsible for sales, marketing and acquisition activities. He was instrumental in Radiant’s growth to 1,000 employees and $75M in revenue in less than six years. Prior to Radiant, Eric served as Vice President of Site Management and Director of North American Operations at MDS Harris (MDS Pharma Services), as President and CEO of a regional site management organization, and as a Senior Consultant with Accenture. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in economics from Whitman College. Eric lives in Seattle, Wash., with his wife and two children.
As Chief Development Officer, Jeff is primarily responsible for the oversight of LabConnect’s new business and network development activities, and the company’s Scientific Operations division. One of LabConnect’s founding partners in 2002, Jeff has more than 27 years of operations and business development experience within the health care industry. In particular, Jeff brings LabConnect more than 20 years of international business experience. Before starting LabConnect, Jeff was Founder and Director of Nexus Health Management International, where he was involved in the development of inpatient behavioral health services in Southeast Asia. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Strategic Alliance Development for Charter Behavioral Health Systems, Vice President of Operations/Development at Option Care, Inc., and as a Franchise Operations Manager for Medicine Shoppe International. Jeff earned his BA degree in economics from the University of Missouri- Columbia. Jeff and his wife live in Seattle, Wash.
Jonathan brings more than 20 years of corporate finance and economic research and consulting experience to LabConnect. He holds an MBA in finance and strategy and a BA in economics, both from the University of Chicago. Jonathan has been the CFO or consulting CFO of high growth companies in financial services, professional services, recycling and light manufacturing. He has served as a subject matter expert for mergers/acquisitions, private equity transactions, credit workout and government investment programs, raising more than $2 billion in debt and equity. He lives in Seattle WA, with his wife and two daughters.
Barry oversees LabConnect’s operations and is an accomplished, hands on leader who has successfully lead teams, departments and regions for a global CRO. Barry joined LabConnect after 16 years of progressively escalating experience including roles as clinical research associate (CRA), Manager of Corporate Training, Country Manager of North America, and Senior Executive Director of Clinical Operations. He was instrumental in growing CTMS—a 100 person CRO—through its acquisition by Chiltern, a 4,300 person CRO with a global reach in 46 countries. Barry spent eight years at Chiltern where he held multiple senior roles including line management oversight for the North American Clinical Operations Department including US CMO Line Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Team Leads and Clinical Trial Administrators. His professional “passions” include leadership development, process improvement and client management. Barry has a BS in Accounting from University of Virginia College at Wise, and an MBA from King University and lives in Bristol, TN with his wife and two daughters.
Trenton brings a diverse skill set and clinical trials experience to his corporate development role. His efforts support LabConnect’s growth and expansion strategy in new business initiatives as well as providing internal leadership, managerial and teamwork development. In addition, Trenton champions LabConnect’s corporate social responsibility strategy. With more than 25 years of success in leadership positions, including CEO and CFO roles, Trenton has led national and global organizations through turnarounds, rapid growth, and globalization. Prior to joining LabConnect, Trenton spent nearly a decade as a senior executive in drug development for Covance’s central laboratory and cardiac safety divisions in the USA and Europe. He has also been a senior executive in commercial banking, CEO of a midmarket manufacturer, and most recently, Senior Partner with VentureScale, SPC, a social impact professional services firm. Previously, Trenton was Board Chair of Seattle-based non-profit Network for Business Innovation & Sustainability and Treasurer, Board of Directors, Reno Tahoe Winter Games Coalition (Olympics). Trenton holds an MSM/MBA from Purdue University with program study at Stanford University.
Eudoro has more than 25 years of IT experience, including extensive experience in manufacturing, healthcare systems and laboratory information management systems. At LabConnect, he has managed the IT department’s rapid growth from a U.S.-based operation to a global network of more than 30 laboratories supporting users around the world. Before joining LabConnect, Eudoro was the Database Administrator for Wellmont Health System, a 1,000-bed health system with more than 20 Oracle databases and 250 SQL Server databases. He has led numerous projects and has expertise in the design and implementation of software systems. Eudoro’s broad IT consulting background includes education, wildlife management, manufacturing, retail, distribution, e-commerce, textiles and health care. He also participated in the CDASH project (a CDISC standard) and CareSpark, an innovative effort to improve health through the collaborative use of health information. His research in applied mathematics concerned reducing errors in finite precision environments when solving large linear equation systems using Gaussian elimination, and developing a new pivoting strategy to decrease the accumulation of rounding error and computing time to increase result accuracy. Eudoro has a BS and MS in computer science from East Tennessee State University and lives in Kingsport, Tenn. with his wife and two children.
As Director of Project Management, Stacy is responsible for the oversight of the project management services offered by LabConnect. Stacy holds a BS in clinical laboratory science from the University of Kentucky and is certified by the American Society for Clinical Pathology as a medical technologist. She is also licensed as a general laboratory supervisor by the State of Tennessee. Stacy has more than 15 years of experience in the field of clinical laboratory science and more than nine years of experience in the central laboratory industry. In her time at LabConnect, Stacy has personally managed more than 50 studies ranging from small Phase I studies to large, global Phase III and IV studies across numerous therapeutic areas.
Danuta joined LabConnect in 2006. Her key areas of expertise include the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of domestic and global cross-functional or single service projects. She has more than nine years of experience in the following therapeutic areas: Obstetrics/Gynecology, Oncology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Immunology/Infectious Disease, Nephrology/Urology, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Psychiatry/Psychology and Pulmonary/Respiratory Diseases. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Technical University of Gdańsk, Poland, a MS in Chemistry from Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, Poland and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at East Tennessee State University.
As Associate Director of Scientific Operations, Elizabeth is responsible for leading a team of scientists, sample management professionals and contract managers strategically supporting clients within the pharmaceutical industry. Elizabeth has a BS in biology/allied health from Elizabethtown College and an MS in pharmaceutical chemistry from Lehigh University. Elizabeth has more than 16 years of experience in conducting and overseeing scientific research in the areas of neuroscience, oncology and immunology. She has extensive experience in drug discovery and development of small and large molecules as well as facilitation of technology transfers and assay oversight with external collaborators. Her experience begins with assay development and continues through product approval. During her time at LabConnect, Elizabeth has been responsible for the scientific oversight and clinical phase project management of numerous pharmaceutical products. In addition, Elizabeth has grown her team and the client base positioning LabConnect to have an increasing presence in the pharmaceutical industry.
Greg’s role as Operations Manager includes oversight of clinical trial materials, investigative support services, biorepository services, and logistics services. Greg has a BSBA from the University of Arkansas majoring in transportation and logistics. He has more than 20 years of supply chain experience working with Fortune 500 companies managing logistics spend ranging between 25 and 50 million annually. He is an expert at optimizing inventories, production, and distribution. Greg is also proud veteran of the US Army and the Virginia National Guard.
As Associate Director of Early Development Services, Stephanie is responsible for the management and oversight of our Early Development Services group within Scientific Operations specializing in the sample management of early phase studies. Stephanie joined LabConnect in 2009 bringing more than 10 years of combined central and specialty laboratory project management experience across domestic and global clinical trials. At LabConnect, she combined her past experience working with biomarkers and complex sample collection and logistical requirements to help develop LabConnect’s comprehensive sample tracking platform: SampleGISTICSTM. Stephanie has a degree in chemistry from The College of Staten Island as well as a law degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Stephanie currently resides in Camas, Wash. with her husband and two children.

As Director of Quality, Andre is responsible for the oversight of the Quality and Regulatory areas at LabConnect. Andre earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University in Pennsylvania, has contributed to regional and national professional quality seminars and obtained professional certification from the Society of Quality Assurance. Prior to joining LabConnect, Andre held positions in the industry as an Associate Director of Quality and as a Quality Assurance and Study Director. He has experience in delivering compliant services across environmental chemistry, In-vivo and In-vitro studies as well as medical device and accelerated aging programs. In his spare time, Andre enjoys curling, fishing, the outdoors and spending time with his wife and two children.
